2. Evaluation and Selection
   Our team will assess the authenticity, condition, and resale potential of your item. If accepted, we’ll define the selling price together. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
3. Consignment Agreement
   We’ll sign a formal agreement outlining the terms of the consignment, including the sale value, duration, and Ora’s commission percentage.
4. Authentication and Professional Photography
   Your item will be authenticated through our trusted partner platform and professionally photographed to ensure it is beautifully presented on our online store and social media.
5. Sale and Payment
   Once the item is sold, you’ll receive your share of the sale (minus our commission). If it doesn’t sell within the agreed timeframe, you may choose to renew the consignment or request its return.
