How it works

1. Article Submission

Contact us by email and send us photographs of your item, including the brand, model, condition and, if available, proof of purchase or authenticity.

2. Evaluation and Selection

Our team will evaluate the authenticity, condition and resale potential of the item.

Initial approval may be given based on the photographs provided, but it will always remain subject to in-person inspection and external authentication.

Once the item has been received, it will be authenticated through our partner authentication platform.

If the item is accepted, we commit to providing a response within a maximum period of 48 hours.

If the item is identified as non-authentic, the client will have two options:

Pay a fee of €40, corresponding to the authentication and handling costs, in order to have the item returned; or

Provide written authorisation for the item to remain with us so that it may be permanently removed from circulation and properly destroyed, under the applicable terms and in accordance with the legislation relating to counterfeit goods.

This policy allows us to cover the costs of the authentication process and ensure compliance with the law.

3. Consignment Agreement

A consignment agreement will be signed, setting out all terms, including the agreed sale price, the consignment period and Ora Boutique’s commission.

4. Professional Photography

The item will be professionally photographed to ensure a careful and appealing presentation on our online store and social media channels.

5. Sale and Payment

Once the item is sold, the client will receive the corresponding amount of their share of the sale, after deduction of the agreed commission.

If the item is not sold within the consignment period, the client may choose to renew the agreement or request the return of the item.
