CONSIGNMENT
Can I sell my luxury item through Ora?
Yes! If you have luxury pieces you'd like to part with, you can sell them with us.
We take care of everything — from photography to promotion — with the same care and attention we give to every item at Ora.
What happens if my item doesn't sell?
If after an agreed period the item hasn't sold, we'll get in touch to explore new options: extend the listing, adjust the price, or return to you.
When and how will I be paid after my item is sold?
Ora Boutique will issue your payment after the buyer’s legal withdrawal period has ended (14 calendar days from the date of delivery), and within a maximum of 20 business days following the buyer’s payment.

Who is responsible for listing my item online? When will it be uploaded?
Ora Boutique is fully responsible for managing the online listing process.
Your item includes a photoshoot.
Can I withdraw an item I have listed for sale through Ora Boutique?
By accepting our sales proposal and returning the duly signed contract, you acknowledge and agree that your item will be listed for sale on our website for a period of 90 days. Should you wish to withdraw it before the end of this period, a fee of €40 will apply.
